Your mission


Role Objectives

  • Support the conversion of inbound leads into qualified opportunities
  • Assist in prioritising leads based on their potential
  • Learn how to identify high-value opportunities
  • Contribute to reducing response times and improving lead engagement


Responsibilities

  • Support the management and organisation of inbound leads
  • Assist in lead qualification using internal and external signals
  • Help drive initial engagement with leads within the platform
  • Support the generation of qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Conduct outreach activities (calls, emails, follow-ups) under guidance
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Monitor lead updates and flag potential opportunities
  • Learn and contribute to improving qualification and conversion processes

Your profile

  • Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in sales
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks
  • Interest in understanding customer needs and business impact
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and curiosity
  • Ability to work in a structured environment
  • Fluent English (C1 level) is required
  • Italian (C1 level) is nice to have
