Your mission


Role Objectives

  • Maximise the conversion of high-intent leads into active accounts
  • Convert inbound leads into high-quality qualified opportunities
  • Effectively prioritise leads based on their business potential
  • Identify and escalate high-value opportunities to the sales team
  • Reduce response times and accelerate time-to-value for leads


Responsibilities

  • Lead management and prioritisation: manage both high-intent and inbound leads in a structured way, prioritising them based on potential and level of intent
  • Lead qualification: assess customer potential using internal signals (registration, behaviour) and external signals (website, social media), while identifying needs, urgency, and fit with the ICP
  • Activation of high-intent accounts: drive leads to take key initial actions within the platform, reducing time to value
  • Qualified opportunity generation: convert inbound and high-intent leads into meetings ready for the Account Executive team
  • Multichannel outreach execution: conduct calls and structured follow-ups, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Handoff preparation to Account Executive: transfer opportunities with clear context (business type, needs, potential, timing)
  • CRM management and updates: log relevant information and maintain high data quality
  • Ongoing monitoring of high-intent leads: track updates (e.g. completion of billing details) to identify new opportunities throughout the day
  • Continuous process improvement: identify conversion patterns and propose improvements in qualification, prioritisation, and opportunity generation

Your profile

  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of leads
  • Strong business judgement to identify high-value opportunities
  • Ability to combine analytical thinking with execution
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on opportunity generation
  • Operational discipline and ability to work within structured processes
  • Analytical mindset to understand conversion patterns
  • Fluent English (C1 level) is required
  • Italian (C1 level) is a nice to have
