Your mission

Strategic Direction & Decision Framing

  • Structure complex and ambiguous business challenges into clear strategic choices and defined trade-offs.
  • Elevate the quality of executive decision-making by clarifying priorities and long-term implications.
  • Translate complex challenges into clear, focused strategic recommendations that enable confident executive decisions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s long-term direction by shaping high-level strategic priorities and growth themes.

Financial Strategy & Value Creation

  • Work in partnership with the CEO & VP of Finance in scenario planning and financial modelling to inform major strategic decisions.
  • Evaluate growth, profitability, expansion, and capital allocation trade-offs.
  • Challenge assumptions and assess risk to ensure data-driven, economically sound decisions.
  • Provide structured analysis on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and economic levers that influence long-term value creation.

Board & Investor Strategy Narrative

  • Own the strategic content and storyline of board materials and investment memos.
  • Frame complex strategic topics into compelling, coherent narratives that facilitate high-quality board debate and decision-making.
  • Articulate performance context, strategic implications, and required decisions.
  • Ensure alignment between leadership, board expectations, and long-term direction.

Strategic Initiatives & CEO Partnership

  • Work alongside the CEO & Leadership team to evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, and other strategic bets before resource commitment.
  • Provide structured, independent thinking on high-impact decisions.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner in preparing for board meetings and critical conversations.

Your profile

We Value

  • 2-5 years of experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar high‑rigor analytical environments.
  • Experience gained in strategy consulting environments, with strong exposure to structured problem solving, executive‑level communication, and data‑driven decision making.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and executives on complex, ambiguous problems.
  • Strong exposure to financial modelling and structured problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with sound business judgment.
  • Comfortable operating without perfect information and adapting quickly.
  • Fluent English & Spanish, other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in multi-country or international environments.
