Your mission
The Global Sales Director is a key position to drive the company’s expansion, lead the commercial area, and ensure we maintain an accelerated growth pace. The right candidate must be able to design the commercial strategy, oversee its execution, and provide the leadership and coaching needed for the sales team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Strategy and Leadership
- Responsible for the design and execution of Fourvenues’ global commercial & international expansion strategies, in collaboration with the Exec Team.
- Supervise and support the Sales team in the most relevant commercial operations
- Drive consistent achievement of commercial targets across every market
- Maintain constant alignment with Exec Team on strategy delivery and progress
- Provide market insights and share trends and opportunities with the leadership team
Team and Culture
- Lead, coach and mentor the commercial teams in Spain, Corporate and International
- Define and implement the optimal structure for each commercial team
- Recruit and train key sales talent, bringing industry and commercial insight to enhance team capability
- Foster a results-driven sales culture that combines clear performance expectations with encouragement and coaching
- Collaborate closely with other departments to strengthen partnerships and identify cross-functional opportunities for market growth
Team and Culture

Your profile
- Proven experience in sales within the entertainment industry, or the ability to rapidly adapt and learn the sector.
- Track record of building or successfully scaling and developing high performing sales teams internationally
- Ability to identify, attract, and retain top performing talent
- Ability to inspire confidence and build trusted relationships across teams, clients, and partners

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot), with enough command to lead directly through the platform.

Experienced in building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams
Strong track record of developing sales leaders and empowering teams through coaching and accountability
