Your mission
You will play a key role in enabling our teams to learn, grow, and perform at their best. You will:
Design and deliver engaging learning programs (onboarding, soft skills, leadership, tools, etc.) across the organization.
Support the administration of our Performance Management process, helping managers and employees navigate review cycles, feedback, and goal setting.
Partner with department leads to identify learning needs and translate them into scalable, effective learning solutions.
Lead and evolve the new hire onboarding experience in collaboration with the Culture team, ensuring it reflects our values and accelerates ramp-up time.
Create e-learning content, toolkits, and blended learning journeys using modern platforms.
Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve learning programs.
Collaborate with the VP of People and the broader team to embed learning into every stage of the employee journey.
Foster a learning culture across the company encouraging curiosity, feedback, and development.
