- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business areas and roles: job posting, active sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and follow-up throughout the full hiring cycle.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define hiring needs, align on role requirements, and ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment experience.
- Assess candidates across different functions and seniority levels (from junior to senior), evaluating both hard and soft skills, cultural fit, and motivation to ensure the best match for each position.
- Use recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other specialized platforms.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and help improve our recruitment processes.
- Work towards clear objectives, tracking recruitment KPIs to continuously enhance our hiring efficiency.
- Ensure communication and alignment with international teams.
- Collaborate with the People team on various ad hoc tasks and initiatives.

Your profile
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role, managing recruitment processes across different departments and partnering closely with business teams and hiring managers.
- A good level of English (minimum B2) is required, as you'll be managing international recruitment processes and ensuring smooth communication with candidates and teams outside of Spain.
- Proven experience recruiting a wide range of roles (corporate and/or specialized) such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, HR, among others, adapting sourcing strategies to each hiring need.
- Strong ability to understand different roles and business contexts (no deep technical background required), communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure the best match between candidates and positions.
- A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset, with a passion for recruitment and a track record of working with KPIs and measurable goals.
