Your mission

Growth Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategies.

  • Lead multichannel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, SEO, Email, Outbound, and more.

  • Optimize the entire funnel (AARRR), improving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates with measurable impact.

  • Develop and coordinate Go-to-Market strategies for product launches and new market entries.

ROI Optimization & CRM Ninja 

  • Set up robust data analysis and reporting processes in CRM (HubSpot).

  • Build real-time dashboards to track performance and guide quick decision-making.

  • Develop predictive models and advanced attribution to maximize ad spend efficiency.

  • Implement scalable processes in CRM to improve alignment between Marketing and Sales.

Performance Analysis & Channel Management

  • Define, track, and optimize key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, MRR, ARR).

  • Evaluate the performance of each channel to prioritize based on ROI.

  • Lead Paid Media and SEO efforts to ensure strong brand visibility and lead quality.

  • Oversee the lead experience from first touchpoint to conversion.

Your profile
  • +7 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing or similar roles, ideally in SaaS or scaleups.

  • Experience leading full-funnel growth strategies (AARRR) with clear impact on revenue.

  • Strong background in Paid Media, SEO, and multichannel acquisition.

  • Solid knowledge of analytics, attribution models and key KPIs (CAC, LTV, MRR, ARR).

  • Experience with Go-to-Market strategies and international expansion.

  • Comfortable working with tools like GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio, GTM, Semrush, Ahrefs etc.

  • Strong data-driven mindset and ability to make fast, strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
