Your mission
  • Manage the negotiation process with clients, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, social media and referrals.
  • Generate new leads through proactive cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Prepare and conduct effective demos, calls and presentations to potential clients, tailoring content to their specific needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects and leads, being the primary point of contact during the sales process.
  • Execute the closing process, including the preparation of contracts and agreements, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
  • Maintain updated customer and lead database in the CRM, recording interactions and progressing through the sales funnel.
Your profile
  • More than 3 years of experience in account management, account opening, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through effective cold calling and cold emailing strategies.
  • Experience in Software sales. SaaS / Vertical SaaS.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with large accounts.
  • Knowledge, contacts, and/or an established network in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience having worked with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong sales skills: communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, active listening, project management, etc.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies such as BANT or SPIN.
