Your mission
  • Develop and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the U.S. market.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and define the ideal customer profile.
  • Create, test, and iterate acquisition strategies across multiple channels (digital and offline).
  • Identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.
  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance customer acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze acquisition and conversion data, refining strategies based on performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in Spain to tailor campaigns to the U.S. audience.
  • Report to Country Manager USA (Miami) and VP of Marketing (Spain)
Your profile
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, customer acquisition, or market expansion.
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or the nightlife industry (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, acquisition strategies, and data analytics.
  • Analytical and experimental mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Knowledge, contacts, and/or an established network in the hospitality industry (preferred).
If you do not fill all of these qualifications, you may still be considered depending on your level of experience.

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
