Your mission
Design and execute paid media strategies focused on demand generation and B2B lead acquisition.
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns primarily across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, optimizing creatives, bids, keywords, audiences, and channels based on results.
Run continuous experimentation (A/B testing, landing page testing) to improve CAC, CPL, and Quality Lead Rate.
Drive campaigns focused on highly qualified leads, working closely with Ops and Sales teams to improve lead scoring, demand quality, and lead progression through the sales pipeline.
Work directly with HubSpot to evaluate attribution, measure real pipeline impact, analyze conversions by funnel stage, and identify opportunities to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
Manage global paid media budgets, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and a balance between growth and cost control, and propose data-driven budget reallocations.
Create clear, business-oriented reports linking marketing metrics (CPL, CTR, CVR) with business metrics (MQLs, generated pipeline, revenue impact), and present insights to the Marketing team and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
